| Minimum rental is 1 day. If the daily rental period
is exceeded by 3 hours, another full day will be charged. For the delays until
3 hours, per hour 1/5 of the daily rental amount will be charged. |

| methods of payment |
| Client's liability for collision damage
for group A,B,C,D,E is limited up to $4500,-. For groups H,J,M $7500,-
acvident. This can be waiwed at DM 10,- per day for groups A,B,C,D,E $10,- for
goups H,J,M However, if the car is driven under the influence of alcohol and
drugs. Above legal speed limits if the traffic report and the alcohol reports
is not submitted within 48 hours. Collision Damage Waiwer (CDW) is cosidered
void and driver is kept responsible foor total damage. If CDW not accepted and
the event of theft oh the vehicle is found with in 30 days, lesse is
responsible to pay for the rental charges up to the date the vehicle is found.
If the vehicle is not found with in 30 days, the lesse is responsible to pay
the current value of the vehicle. Insurance does not cover as well as tyre
punctures, window or headlight breakages and theft oof spare tyre. In order to
avoid responsability you can buy HTW for per days; $3,- A,B,C,D,E, groups, $5,-
H,J,M groups. Request for permission for additional driver must be made at the
time the car is rented. Otherwise, insurance becomes void. Client whose
accident report established without defect, is not responsible to pay damage
price, if C.D.V is accepted and above all conditions are carried out. However
client is kept responsible to pay (upon the price of 7 days and over in the
brochure) the period that vehicle is left service. |

| luggage rack |
| Upon request cars can be equipped with luggage rack
at a daily charge of $5,- Goods belonging to the renter and stored inside
luggage rack are not covered by theft protection. |

| Free to/from airports, railway stations piers or
hotels within cities of a GLANCE CAR RENTAL location and within office hours.
Otherwise $1,- per km. and minimum $10,- will be charged nearest GLANCE CAR
RENTAL locations. |

| Cars must not be driven the Turkish borders. |

* Baby seat are available for per day 5$
* Driver with spoken foreign language also available within 50$
